We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as Recruitment Advisor within our Miami, Palm Beach or Tweed Heads office.

We aren't just looking for employment services veterans. If you are a natural networker from retail management, hospitality, real estate, sales, or community services, your transferable skills are exactly what we need.

The Role - A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Advisor

Forget traditional recruitment. As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll play a key role in connecting local businesses with talented job seekers, helping both succeed and grow.

You'll build strong relationships with employers across the Gold Coast and Tweed region, gaining an understanding of their workforce needs and challenges. At the same time, you'll support a diverse cohort of job seekers to identify employment opportunities, apprenticeships, and career pathways that align with their goals and strengths.

Your work will focus on creating meaningful employment outcomes that benefit individuals, businesses, and the wider community.

Your Key Responsibilities will include;

• Promoting the skills, experience, and potential of your candidates to local employers, creating opportunities that may not be advertised through traditional channels.

• Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers on their employment journey

• Developing and maintaining trusted partnerships with businesses across Miami, Palm Beach, Tweed Heads, and surrounding areas, becoming a valued workforce solutions partner.

• Meeting monthly placement and engagement targets, contributing to positive outcomes for job seekers while supporting local business workforce needs.

• Develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry to understand and respond to employer needs within the local labour market

Criteria for Success

• Customer service skills and/or experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• A high level of computer literacy
• Driven to achieve outcomes and meet monthly KPI targets
• A current Drivers licence and willing to travel between Miami, Palm Beach and Tweed Heads. 
• A recent, clear National Police Check
• A current Working With Children Check and QLD Blue Card or willingness to obtain
