We are looking for a part-time Guest Service Agent who enjoys engaging with and assisting guests and colleagues. You will support the Front Office Assistant Managers with daily tasks at Reception and create a welcoming space for our guests. Offering the award rate of $27.97 per hour plus applicable penalty rates, this role offers a great development opportunity to grow your skills and confidence in a busy hotel in the heart of Melbourne's conferencing precinct and to be a part of the global Accor community.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Providing a unique and personalized experience for each guest at our hotel by creating connections and using creative ways to exceed guest expectations.Ensuring a warm and professional check in and check out experience for every guestSupporting the wider front office team when required, including concierge and reservationsTaking and directing incoming calls and responding to guest requestsSharing information about the hotel and the local area with our guestsMaintaining the presentation of the front desk and hotel lobby
