The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Global Product Manager, you'll balance creative aesthetic design with practical manufacturing efficiency, ensuring our range remains cutting-edge, functional, and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with internal teams and external 3rd-party designers to bring new product concepts to life.
• Refine and optimise existing ranges for ease of manufacture, aesthetic appeal, and cost-effectiveness.
• Investigate product issues, perform reverse engineering, and develop practical, long-term engineering solutions.
• Work alongside product management, manufacturing, and external contractors to hit project timelines.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, become a product expert, and train team members on best practices.
