Mobile Plant Operators – Production Mining - IronMerge People | Long-Term Opportunities | Tier 1 Clients

IronMerge People are currently seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators to join leading Tier 1 production mining operations across Western Australia. These roles offer long-term, ongoing opportunities with strong earning potential and the possibility of permanent employment.

• Flights provided from Perth (interstate not supported)

Equipment Experience Required 

We are looking for operators with gold production experience on one or more of the following:

• Excavators
• Dozers
• Graders
• Loaders
• Dump Trucks

About the Role 

You will be working within high-performing production teams on established mine sites within Western Australia, operating heavy mobile plant equipment in a safe, efficient, and productive manner.

Requirements 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Recent experience in gold production essential
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Unlimited Australian working rights
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
• Valid Police Clearance (within 6 months)
• Must currently reside in Western Australia (international applicants not supported)
