INTERMEDIATE ACCOUNTANT – TAX & BUSINESS SERVICES – FRASER COAST – ADVISORY EXPOSURE & CAREER GROWTH - MEDIUM-SIZED ADVISORY FIRM (JOB ID 972)

The Role: 

• Prepare financial statements and income tax returns across companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals  

• Complete BAS, IAS and other compliance obligations  

• Assist with client queries and day-to-day accounting matters  

• Support advisory work including tax planning and business insights  

• Work closely with Senior Accountants, Managers and Partners  

• Build strong client relationships while developing your technical capability  

About You: 

• 2–4+ years’ experience in Australian public practice  

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or similar  

• CA/CPA commenced or planning to commence  

• Solid understanding of Australian tax and accounting frameworks  

• Experience with Xero, MYOB or similar cloud-based systems  

• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills  

• Proactive mindset with a desire to grow into an advisor
