About the Role

As a Parts Person, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and service team by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the right parts to keep equipment operating at its best.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers and technicians with parts enquiries.
• Identifying and supplying parts for John Deere and related equipment.
• Processing parts sales, customer orders, and invoices.
• Receiving, checking, storing, and maintaining inventory.
• Picking and dispatching parts for customers and other branches.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and transaction records.
• Supporting stock control and inventory management activities.
• Contributing to a safe, organised, and efficient Parts Department.

What You'll Bring

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in parts, warehousing, retail, automotive, agriculture, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
