About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager / Construction Manager to lead the full construction delivery of major energy projects.
This role has overall responsibility for site execution, including safety, quality, schedule, commercial performance, and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary construction activities. While overseeing the complete construction scope, the successful candidate will bring a strong electrical background gained through the delivery of major substations, transmission, generation, utilities, or industrial projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction delivery from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.

• Drive safety, quality, schedule, and productivity outcomes across all project disciplines.

• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site leadership teams.

• Coordinate construction activities with engineering, project management, and commissioning teams.

• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful project execution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Your Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in major energy, utilities, transmission, substation, or industrial projects.

• Previous experience as a Senior Construction Manager, Construction Manager, Superintendent, or similar leadership role.

• Strong electrical background with experience delivering HV/LV infrastructure, substations, transmission, or power projects.

• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary construction teams and contractors.

• Excellent leadership, commercial, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
