Restaurant Manager

Hunter & Barrel Parramatta is on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will lead and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You'll be upholding high standards of service and food presentation, while working strategically to drive performance, foster team development, and support the overall success of the restaurant

You will need:

• A relevant Diploma qualification and/or at least 1-3 years relevant employment experience

• At least 1 year relevant industry experience

• Customer focused and passion to create exceptional guest experiences

• Strong understanding of financials including budgets, forecasting and labour costs

• A strong desire to train, motivate and lead a team

• Display excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills

• Understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards

• Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S

• A current RSA Certificate
