About the role:

We are looking for an experienced salesperson to join our store at Moorabbin. You will use your customer service, sales and time management skills to help customers bring their visions for their home to life. Reporting to the Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and exceeding sales KPIs.

• Ensuring all customers receive exceptional service

• Hone your product knowledge

• Assist in merchandising and administrative duties

• Follow and maintain company policies

• Assist in tasks given by management

About You:

• The ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Experience in furniture retail is preferred but not essential

• Ability to work on weekends

• Self-motivated, energetic and a positive attitude

• Customer service focused mindset with a team player mentality

• Responsible individual with discipline and completes task on time

• Excellent communication & organisational skills

• Punctual and reliable

• Computer skills are required, including email, internet use, and data entry.

• Confidence using POS systems, Microsoft Office, or similar software.

• Ability to learn new computer programs and product systems.
