Australian Equipment Engineering (AEE) is an Australian manufacturing company with its head office in Armadale, WA that exports globally. We specialise in manufacturing safety equipment for mobile equipment used in the mining industry. Our company is comprised of a team of dedicated professionals, and we are looking for an Industrial Spray Painter to help us support our global customer base.
About the role
AEE are currently seeking a qualified Industrial Spray Painter to join our Armadale WA Branch. Work performed does not involve blasting. The role involves preparing and painting our various models of equipment we manufacture in house . This is a full-time role with an immediate start available.
Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrate competency and confidence in all Spray painting
Be efficient and show an attention to detail
Work as part of a team
Have the ability to use your initiative, and work unsupervised
Requirements
Certification as a trade qualified painter (or equivalent) and worked for at least 2 years
Surface preparation including use of mechanical tools
Able to pass a pre-employment Medical and D&A Screen
Right to work in Australia
Reside in Perth Region.
