Macmahon Maintenance Masters is Macmahon's internal field service division, providing support to Macmahon's surface and underground mining operations and Decmil's Civil Operations. The team is composed of experienced tradespeople and is suited to someone who is technically experienced, confident in their abilities and excited by the prospect of a new challenge every day.

About the Role

You'll carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on electrical systems of Civil Mobile Plant across our West Angeles Project, to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation on site. You'll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Role Details and Benefits

• Location: West Angelas - located 110km West of Newman

• FIFO from Perth | 2:1 (2 weeks of Days, 1 week off and 2 weeks of Nights, 1 week off)
• Up to $90 per hour (temp to perm)

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Complete servicing to OEM standards and site procedures
• Support strong equipment availability and safe, reliable performance
• Speak-up and contribute to our culture; everyone home safe, every swing
• Work closely with production and planning teams to schedule work

What You'll Bring

• Australian-recognised trade (Cert III in Auto Electrical Technology)
• Experience with Heavy Mobile Equipment (CAT) brands or systems, ideally in Civil and Surface Mining
• Manual Australian Driver's Licence
• Construction White Card and High-Risk Licence (WAH, EWP, LF, etc.)
• Ability to work as part of a team and step up when needed
• Commitment to safe work practices and job quality
