Project Manager - Industrial & Commercial - Up to $260K

We’ve partnered with a respected national construction business delivering large-scale, technically complex industrial and commercial projects across Australia. With a strong pipeline of work and long-standing partnerships with leading Australian and international developers, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Perth team.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working within a high-performing team, you will play a key role in managing stakeholders, driving programme outcomes, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You’ll be involved in:

• End-to-end project delivery across industrial and commercial builds
• Managing budgets, programmes, and project risk
• Coordinating design, procurement, and construction phases
• Leading site and project teams, including subcontractors and consultants
• Client liaison and stakeholder management
• Driving value engineering and buildability outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements

About You

• Proven experience delivering industrial or commercial construction projects
• Ability to manage projects in the $20M–$80M+ range
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and contracts
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solutions-focused with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Desire to grow long term within a stable, well-regarded business
