Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of developers and application specialists.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Manage application support, maintenance and enhancement activities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement and business value through technology.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to deliver business outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

• You are an experienced technology professional with a background in business applications, enterprise platforms, software development or digital solutions.
• Experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications.
• Technical credibility to provide guidance and support sound technology decisions.
• The ability to build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• A practical, customer focused approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform or custom application development will be highly regarded.
• Previous formal leadership experience is desirable but not essential.
