About the Roles
We are seeking full-time team members to join our production department, with positions available across both our framing line and truss jigs. These roles involve working with equipment such as saws, nail guns, hand tools and general production tools to manufacture frames and trusses in line with Australian Standards.

Previous experience in frame and truss manufacturing is welcome but not essential. We offer on-the-job training and have multiple positions available for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the production and assembly of timber frames and roof trusses
• Cut and prepare timber according to job specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a tidy work area
• Perform manual handling tasks as required
• Support general factory and warehouse operations

• A basic understanding of building or timber work (training provided)
• Confidence using tools or willingness to learn
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Commitment to working safely
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
