About the role – Sales Supervisor

We see your role as one of the most critical roles for our business. As Sales Supervisor you’ll drive the energy and performance of the Trade Sales team, leading daily internal sales and inspiring the Trade Sales Team to deliver outstanding results. You’ll bring the branch to life by ensuring shelves are fully stocked, promotions are flawlessly executed, and every customer enjoys an exceptional in-store experience. Passionate about people and performance, you’ll coach and develop team members, building product expertise and service excellence that sets the branch apart.

This position will be based at our Ipswich Branch. Onsite parking available!

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, manage complaints professionally, and create a welcoming in-store experience.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, execute promotions and displays, and ensure health, safety, and administrative compliance.
• Manage budgets, financial records, and inventory levels in collaboration with purchasing and operations teams.
• Train, roster, and motivate team members to meet sales targets and optimise labour-to-sales performance.
• Support business growth through strategic initiatives, reporting on trends, and maximising cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
