About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic, supportive team. There is strong scope for growth for the right person, with opportunities to take on additional responsibility and work closely with the Head of Department as the portfolio continues to expand.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage all tenant and landlord communications

• Negotiate lease renewals and rent reviews

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance

• New tenant sign-ups and final inspections

• Bond disposals and arrears management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of your portfolio and achieve KPIs

Skills & experience  

• Current Australian driver’s licence

• Current Property Management Registration

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• Proactive approach with excellent organisational skills

• Experience with Property Tree (preferred)
