Exciting Seasonal Poolside Opportunities!

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Crown Towers and Crown Metropol Poolside teams as Waitpersons and Bar Attendants.

These part-time positions are offered on a 6-month contract, with potential for future development.

The intake for these roles will take place from September to November 2026.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Provide exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression on our guests
• Manage time effectively while multitasking to meet guest needs promptly
• Showcase your knowledge of our menu and services to enhance the dining experience

About You

You’ll bring the following:

• Experience working in a Food and/or Beverage Environment
• Experience using a Point of Sale System
• Ability to carry a beverage tray 
• Strong Beverage Knowledge (Bar Attendant)
• Knowledge of RSA requirements in a licensed venue

Additional information

To be successful, you’ll:

• Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificate
• Availability to work over the seasonal period, including weekends, public holidays and shifts from 8am - 8pm shifts during weekdays and weekends

This role requires you to: 

• Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
• Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks
