About the role
Due to expansion this is a great opportunity to join a leading family law practice in the CBD. We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary for a full time position to join our Admin Team
Ideally, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years' Legal Administration/ Secretarial experience and a desire to work hard and be an active member of this great team, in a hands-on role.
Previous experience in family law is desirable.
The successful candidate will
· have advanced MS Office skills
· be motivated and committed to delivering superior client service with excellent communication skills
· have great organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
· possess the ability to handle competing priorities and multitask appropriately
· be professional and corporately presented with a confident manner but happy to assist wherever required.
· have experience with Dictaphone typing
