Team Walsh is looking for a motivated and personable Real Estate Sales & Business Development Assistant to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside one of the Coast’s top-rated real estate teams, learning from experienced professionals while developing the sales, prospecting and business development skills needed to build a successful career in real estate.

We’re looking for someone who is professionally presented, energetic, enjoys meeting people and is confident creating conversations — both on the phone and out in the community.

The Role

Your main focus will be sales prospecting and business development, creating conversations and identifying future listing opportunities for Team Walsh.

You’ll be involved in:

• Phone prospecting and following up opportunities

• Door knocking within Team Walsh’s designated prospecting patch

• Conducting letterbox flyer drops and local area marketing within Team Walsh’s designated patch

• Building relationships with local homeowners

• Identifying future sales and listing opportunities

• Growing the team database

• Supporting local sales and prospecting campaigns

• Developing your sales and communication skills alongside an experienced sales team

You’ll also gain valuable exposure to the full property sales process by assisting with:

• Saturday open homes — Saturday availability is essential

• Buyer engagement and client experience

• Pest and building inspections

• Pre-settlement inspections

• General sales team support

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Energetic, confident and professionally presented

• Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships

• Confident picking up the phone and door knocking

• Positive, reliable and willing to learn

• Motivated by sales, creating opportunities and achieving results

• Interested in building a long-term career in real estate sales

You will need:

• A current driver’s licence

• Reliable transport

• Availability to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays

Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage.

A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is required.
