Location: Perth WA
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 + Super

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review and administer subcontract agreements
• Manage procurement and subcontractor packages
• Assess and process progress claims and variations
• Monitor project costs and assist with forecasting
• Ensure contractual compliance across all project activities
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
• Assist with project reporting and financial management
• Support the delivery team to achieve programme, quality and commercial objectives

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
