Supply Chain Coordinator

MITS Alloy, a subsidiary of the ARB Group, is a leading Australian manufacturer specialising in premium aluminium trays and canopies. From our facility in Mayfield, NSW, we supply high-quality, durable products to both national and international markets.

We're looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Coordinator to support the efficient flow of materials, inventory, and finished goods across our operations.

The Role:
You will support and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supplier engagement.

Working closely with our Planning, Operations, Production, and Procurement teams, you will play a key role in ensuring stock availability, maintaining accurate system data, and supporting the efficient movement of goods throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, deliveries, and logistics activities
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning
• Maintain accurate supply chain and inventory records
• Assist with purchase orders, supplier communications, and delivery schedules
• Resolve supply, inventory, and delivery discrepancies
• Prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with suppliers, freight providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.

About You:

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory Management, or a similar role
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Manufacturing experience and relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
