Magnum Flavours & Ingredients is a supplier of food ingredients, a manufacturer of liquid and powder food blends and new product development consultants.

We operate out of a state of the art manufacturing facility based in Wangara, and are a privately owned business established in 1999, focused on achieving high-level customer satisfaction.

Magnum have partnered with manufacturers and suppliers of global food ingredient brands to offer a comprehensive range of food ingredients to cover all sectors within the food and beverage industry. We utilise these ingredients to design our own, and customer specific liquid and powder blends.

What is the Production Operative Role?

• Permanent full-time position.

• Dayshift, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. 

• Working with a small team of experienced operators, picking, measuring, blending and packing of ingredient blends.

What will you need to apply?

• Eligibility to work unsupported in Australia.

• Previous experience in food manufacture would be a distinct advantage.

• Must be physically fit with ability to lift 25kg repetitively whilst loading batches.

• Proven ability as a team player, communicate and interact well with others.

• Dependable and can work flexible hours when required. 

• Strong work ethic who is not afraid to work hard.

• Current Forklift licence desirable.

What will you be doing?

• Ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency across our range of products.

• Manual handling, forklift driving and lifting involved.

• Setting up production equipment and stripping down again for cleaning. 

• Operation of semi-automated blending and packing machinery.

• General cleaning and warehouse duties.

What will you be responsible for?

• Ensuring that all manufactured blends are produced right first time. 

• Maintaining a safe, clean and hygienic working environment.

• Accurately reading and recording information on the production templates. 

• Escalating any issues to the Production Supervisor.
