Nambour RSL Club offers a wonderful opportunity for a casual CHEFs (approx 30 hours per week) to assist our Catering team and pursue their passion for creative cuisine.

This role requires a highly capable, self-motivated person with experience in a busy venue. Our catering outlets include-

• Altro Cafe - modern all-day dining and the finest barista-made espressos

• Mosaic Kitchen & Bar - modern, high quality meals provided for lunch and dinner service 

• Functions- we provide meals for over 200 people in our events room 

The successful candidate applicant will have:

• Completed Certificate 3 in Commercial cookery and have extensive restaurant cooking experience or experienced Chef 

• Excellent hygiene and personal presentation

• Drive and ambition

• Ability to work and supervise confidently in all sections of the kitchen

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Experience in fast-paced al a carte dining

• Passion for cooking consistent quality food
