The Partnership & Key Responsibilities

We provide the location, inventory, and full factory backing; you provide the executive leadership to completely own the P&L and drive regional profitability.

As our regional partner, your core responsibilities include:

• P&L & Financial Ownership: Fully own the branch's P&L, directing the overall financial performance, commercial strategy, and profit margins, with rewards tied directly to your business results.

• Team & Market Leadership: Build, inspire, and scale a high-caliber team to dominate the regional market and drive sustainable revenue growth.

• Operational Integration: Align cross-functional operations across sales, service, and manufacturing to optimize overall yard efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in business management, commercial operations, or dealership ownership.

• Demonstrated history of executive-level decision-making, strict financial accountability, and P&L management.

• Exceptional strategic vision, interpersonal influence, and high-level stakeholder management.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Proven ability to successfully establish, scale, and sustain regional business profitability.
