Fleet Logistics Officer

Located in the heart of the Shoalhaven, Sikorsky Australia are seeking a self-motivated, team player to support our Logistics team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and assisting with Defence Logistics Governance and ERP requirements.

• Coordinate and assist the management of Urgent Defects through the RAN High Priority Demand Systems.

• Assisting with the management of the 24 hours help desk to meet customer requirements.

• Contribute to the seamless coordination and management of all Outfit Allowance Lists (OAL’s), Royal Australian Navy (RAN) flights and Pack up Kit’s (PUK’s.)

• Contribute to liaison efforts with RAN and Defence stakeholders.

• Analyse and undertake stocktaking and governance tasks.

• Manage the flights calibration portal.

• Contribute to disposals.

About you: 

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:

• Well-developed experience in the Military Logistics area, with a significant experience in a Logistics Operational Support.

• Ideally, supply/Logistics Certification or Diploma level, para-professional, or professional qualifications applicable to Logistics Support.

• Strong understanding of customer support requirements.
