About the role
This is an opportunity to lead a portfolio of restaurants within a growing brand, working closely with restaurant leaders to build brilliant teams, lift performance and create memorable customer experiences. You'll need to love hospitality, thrive in a fast-moving environment and be equally comfortable coaching a leader, analysing a P&L and jumping into a restaurant when the team needs you.
Key responsibilities
Lead a portfolio of restaurants to deliver sustainable sales growth and strong commercial results
Coach, challenge and develop restaurant leaders to build capable, engaged and high-performing teams
Turn operational, financial and customer data into clear actions that improve performance
Own your numbers, including revenue, labour, costs, profitability and broader business performance
Ensure every restaurant consistently delivers brilliant customer experiences and seamless operations
Identify opportunities, solve problems quickly and hold teams accountable for results
Lead compliance across food safety, workplace safety, employment standards and operational processes
Bring energy, personality and commercial focus to every restaurant in your area
Be a brilliant brand ambassador who brings our strategy and values to life
About you
Proven multi-site leadership experience within hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer environment
Strong commercial acumen you understand the numbers and know which levers to pull to improve them
Demonstrated experience growing revenue, managing costs and improving operational performance
A confident and engaging coach who can inspire people while having honest, constructive conversations
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to quickly identify risks and opportunities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of a business
A proactive mindset - you take ownership, follow through and make things happen
