Mercure Alice Springs is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Attendants and Bar Attendants to join our team.
Job Description
Creating exceptional guest experiences by providing great customer service and memorable momentsEfficiently in serving food & beverage for restaurant and conference roomsPrepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines and spiritsBreakfast service including buffet, and maintaining presentation of the restaurantAssisting guests with questions and menu recommendationsWorking collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth running of the service period
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role, with hotel experience an advantage
Knowledge of beverages including barista coffee, cocktails and wines to be able to maximise average spendAbility to work in a fast paced environment, with attention to detailInterest in making genuine connections with guests and colleaguesCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling, or willing to obtainMust have working rights in Australia
