Recruitment Team Leader

Hudson Global Resources is searching for a Recruitment Team Leader to join our Customer Success team in a highly visible, fast-paced role. The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for expertly managing and taking ownership of the recruitment process end-to-end and leading a team of recruitment specialists. In addition, they must have an in-depth understanding of the ever-changing landscape of recruitment, to promote and offer meaningful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of recruitment specialists to promote a culture of collaboration while maximizing performance and encouraging their professional growth

• Analyze and evaluate quality of service for vendors to ensure that Hudson Global Resources is receiving the highest quality candidates

• Manage the recruitment process from beginning to end and ensure recruitment strategies align with the culture and values of the organization

• Proactively monitor trends in recruiting for developing best fit hiring solutions

• Generate reports and monitor the performance of recruitment team and recommend any improvements

• Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve and update recruitment policies and procedures

• Maintain and build relationships for attracting quality talent

• Facilitate new hire onboarding process and manage the transition of new hires into the organization

• Remain current on all hiring laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment team leadership or management role

• Proven record of meeting and exceeding success metrics around recruitment goals

• Proven track record of developing, building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors

• Extensive knowledge in best practices in recruiting

• Great attention to detail and organizational skills

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
