About the role
ColourFull Abilities is a Registered NDIS Provider delivering person-centred supports across metropolitan Adelaide and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to creating safe, inclusive environments where people living with disabilities who have experienced barriers to accessing affirming support.

The Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) provides leadership and day-to-day management of NDIS supports for participants. This role is responsible for coordinating high-quality service delivery while supporting both participants and Support Workers to achieve positive outcomes.
As the primary point of contact for support workers and participants, you will play a key role in communication, problem solving and ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with participant goals.
This is a challenging, rewarding and dynamic role offering opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative team.
Provide leadership, supervision and guidance to the Support Worker team, including onboarding, compliance monitoring and regular supervision.
Coordinate staff rosters that meet participant needs, NDIS funding requirements and Support Worker availability.
Ensure services comply with NDIS Practice Standards, funding guidelines and organisational policies and procedures.
Support the intake of new participants through service quotations, home assessments and other compliance processes.
Provide occasional after-hours support for urgent matters that cannot wait until the next business day.
You are an organised, proactive and person-centred professional with experience in the disability sector. You are able to build positive relationships with participants, families, colleagues and external professionals while maintaining a high standard of communication and organisation.
You value inclusion, understand the importance of culturally safe and affirming practice, and are committed to supporting people from diverse backgrounds with dignity and respect.
Experience working in the disability sector.
First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009).
Safe Environments: Through Their Eyes.
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Police Check
Working with Children Check.
Current unrestricted driver's licence and regular access to a reliable vehicle.
Or a willingness to apply for all of the above
Experience working within the NDIS framework.
Experience coordinating disability supports or staff.
Mental Health First Aid.
Lived experience of disability and/or LGBTQIA+ communities.
Ongoing learning and professional development.
Regular supervision and reflective practice.
