Commercial Signage Project Manager

Briner Signs is seeking an experienced Commercial Signage Project Manager to join our Operations team.

You’ll manage a diverse range of signage projects from initial client brief through to manufacture, installation and completion. Working closely with clients, designers, production, suppliers and installers, you’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

From straightforward commercial signage through to large, multi-stage developments, you’ll be the key point of contact throughout every project.

You’ll be responsible for:

·         Managing commercial signage projects from quotation to completion

·         Building strong client relationships and providing regular project updates

·         Conducting site visits, surveys and measuring where required

·         Preparing quotations and coordinating suppliers and subcontractors

·         Creating work orders, purchase orders and project documentation

·         Coordinating artwork, production, procurement and installation teams

·         Managing project schedules, budgets, quality and profitability

·         Identifying and resolving project risks and variations

·         Coordinating permits, traffic management and installation requirements

·         Attending client, site and project meetings

·         Contributing to continuous improvement across project delivery

You’ll have:

·         Proven project management experience within the signage industry

·         Strong knowledge of signage materials, manufacturing and installation

·         Excellent communication and client relationship skills

·         Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

·         The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·         Experience interpreting drawings and technical documentation

·         A practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach

·         Sound understanding of workplace health and safety

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or ERP software

·         A current Australian driver’s licence

Experience with council permits, engineering requirements and signage compliance is highly regarded. White Card, EWP or relevant project management qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
