Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong relationship and communications system with new and existing customers, franchisees and cleaners. The Customer Service Manager will also ensure that the cleaning services are provided in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and the Quality Management System. You must have a full understanding of all policies, procedures, have a positive can-do attitude, be self-driven and be able to work autonomously. This role is also responsible for supervising and overseeing work on-site to ensure that all service, quality, productivity, and safety targets are met to company standards and client satisfaction.

The successful applicant will be:

·         A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently

·         A strong history in positive client relations and customer service

·         A demonstrated ability to manage, train and retain staff successfully

Your Responsibilities will include:

·         Staff management and training

·         Planning and inspection of periodical works

·         Reporting KPIs

·         Flexible working hours and prepared to work after hours when required

·         All Brisbane Metro

Essential relevant skills and experience:

• Commercial Cleaning industry experience, cleaning knowledge

• Highly organised

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Proven history of managing teams and staff
