Service Advisor

We have a great opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at our Kia and Mitsubishi Dealership in Toowong.

Our candidate will have a can do attitude, enjoy a fast paced environment with a strong focus on customer service.

The Role:

Working Monday – Friday you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction within the  service department in addition to:

• Face-to-face contact with servicing customers as they drop off and pick up their vehicles.

• Maintaining regular contact with our servicing customers & provide updates on their vehicles.

• Liaising with internal workshop employees to ensure that jobs are completed within time frames

Our Service Advisor Attributes:

• Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role

• Professional, polished presentation with a focus on customer service

• Professional integrity – punctual, reliable and honest

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

• Good computer literacy

• Current Drivers Licence

• Previous experience in a similar role within a dealership will be highly regarded but not essential
