About the Role

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for people, customers, safety and business growth? We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to take ownership of our branch operations, drive performance, and lead a high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by growing customer relationships, developing your team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding service.

What You’ll be Doing

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the branch to drive productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Working closely with our Sales team to grow existing accounts, win new business and maximise opportunities.

• Coaching, developing and motivating a high-performing team while managing recruitment, performance and employee engagement.

• Managing branch financial performance, reporting, inventory and fleet utilisation.

• Overseeing workshop, yard and equipment operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.

• Championing a strong safety culture through compliance, training, incident management and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service that supports our commitment to improving customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in a branch, operations, service, rental, construction, industrial or related environment.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and operational performance.

• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.

• A proactive approach to safety, problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
