Join the Team 

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clinicians, business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse business processes, gather requirements and support the delivery of digital solutions that improve healthcare services across NSW Health. You will play a key role in translating business needs into practical system enhancements while supporting the successful delivery of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) Program.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) Program, helping transform the way healthcare is delivered across NSW. You'll collaborate with clinicians, business and technical teams to improve business processes, support system enhancements, contribute to testing activities and help deliver digital solutions that enhance patient care and operational outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Analyse business processes and gather requirements to identify opportunities for service improvement and digital transformation.  
• Engage with stakeholders to capture business needs, document requirements and support the design of fit-for-purpose solutions.  
• Lead business analysis activities, including process mapping, research and impact assessments to inform decision-making.  
• Support system enhancements by contributing to testing activities, validating solutions and assisting with implementation.  
• Build strong working relationships across multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality project outcomes.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy  

• Analysing business processes and identifying opportunities to improve services and deliver better outcomes within complex organisations.  
• Building strong relationships and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutions.  
• Supporting digital projects through requirements gathering, process improvement and system testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).  
• Managing competing priorities, applying strong analytical skills and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.  
• Solving complex problems and using data and stakeholder insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
• Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Technology, Business, Project Management or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience within Healthcare or Clinical background preferred
