Builder / Repair Supervisor – Darwin

We are seeking an experienced Builder / Repair Supervisor to join our Darwin team. This role is suited to a hands-on construction professional with strong experience in building repairs, roofing, insurance restoration and rectification works.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supervising repair and construction projects from initial assessment through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise residential and commercial repair and rectification projects

• Assess building damage and determine appropriate repair solutions

• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers and site activities

• Manage roofing repairs, building repairs and maintenance works

• Oversee insurance-related repair and restoration projects

• Liaise with insurance companies, loss adjusters, clients and stakeholders

• Identify defects and manage rectification works through to completion

• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, WHS requirements and company procedures

• Conduct site inspections and provide clear progress updates

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience in building repairs and construction supervision

• Strong knowledge of roofing, water damage, storm damage and general building rectification

• Experience working on insurance repair and restoration projects

• Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials and trades

• Ability to read plans, assess damage and develop practical repair solutions

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities

• A professional approach to clients, trades and insurers

• Relevant building qualifications/licences and a current driver's licence
