Physiotherapist - Full Time/Part Time

About the role
Inala Physiotherapy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Inala, QLD. This is a full-time position (with part-time options considered for the right candidate) offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through evidence-based physiotherapy practice. You will work within a supportive, collaborative clinical environment, delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population. What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings

• Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy and functional rehabilitation

• Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed and documenting detailed clinical notes in line with professional standards

• Educating patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies and exercise programmes to support long-term recovery outcomes

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, GPs and specialists to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care

• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and professional guidelines

• Contributing to a positive clinic culture and participating in team meetings and continuous professional development activities

• Managing patient appointments efficiently and maintaining professional communication with patients and referring practitioners

What we're looking for

• A current registration or eligibility to register with Physiotherapy Board of Australia

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor's degree minimum; Masters welcome)

• Demonstrated experience in delivering physiotherapy services within a clinical setting

• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis and treatment techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong patient relationships

• Proficiency in electronic patient management systems and basic IT literacy

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Working knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation, including privacy compliance and duty of care obligations

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

• Preferred: Experience in sports physiotherapy, workplace rehabilitation or specialised musculoskeletal conditions
