About the role

As Strategy & Delivery Business Partner, you will combine portfolio oversight with commercial problem solving to support enterprise decision making, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain an integrated view of milestones, benefits, risks and dependencies across the Enterprise Roadmap
• Prepare clear board papers, presentations and recommendations for senior leaders
• Partner with Heads of, General Managers and delivery teams to validate insights and build alignment
• Identify emerging risks, delivery constraints and cross program impacts early
• Lead analysis across capital allocation, capacity, prioritisation and delivery trade offs
• Assess program readiness across scope, funding, resources, technology, change and operational delivery 

About you and your skills

You are a commercially minded problem solver who brings consulting discipline, confidence and initiative in complex environments. You will also bring:

• Demonstrated experience in top tier consulting firm, strategy, transformation or portfolio management
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, supply chain, digital or technology is advantageous
• Ability to solve ambiguous, cross functional problems using hypothesis led analysis
• Experience creating clear executive papers, presentations and recommendations
• Transformation portfolio experience across delivery, risk, governance and reporting
• Exposure to capital allocation, business cases, capacity planning and prioritisation
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with confidence influencing senior leaders
