Bid Coordinator

• Coordinate bids from start to finish
• Prepare tenders, EOIs, capability statements and presentations
• Manage inputs from project teams, consultants and suppliers
• Maintain bid registers and track submissions
• Ensure all documents meet brand and quality standards

• 1-4 years' experience in bid / tender coordination
• Background in construction, fit out, property, architecture. Also open to professional services
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Experience with InDesign or similar 
• Able to manage multiple deadlines

Established national fit out and newbuild contractor delivering commercial and residential projects up to $30M+. Work closely with Project Managers, Estimating and Directors within a collaborative national team.
