MG Motor Australia is looking for an organised and commercially minded Fleet Sales Coordinator to join our Fleet team. This is a great opportunity for a young professional in sales administration, sales operations, fleet or a similar environment who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple priorities and supporting a fast-paced sales function.

What you will be doing

• Coordinating fleet orders, order planning and maintaining fleet order files.
• Preparing weekly, month-end and ad hoc sales and fleet reports.
• Maintaining CRM data, reporting and customer information.
• Supporting fleet planning, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Coordinating demonstrator fleet administration.
• Managing pricing approval and BRN administration.
• Supporting customer proposals, presentations and tender submissions.
• Assisting with the planning and coordination of fleet events.
• Working with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep fleet activities and customer requirements on track.

About you

• 1–2 years' relevant experience in sales administration, sales operations, fleet, reporting or a similar role.
• Previous automotive experience within an OEM, dealership, FMO, leasing or related environment is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and confidence using PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to take ownership.
