About the Company
Our client is a modern SaaS business delivering logistics management software across ANZ and North America. Already the most integration rich transport management platform in the region, they are now building an AI native platform spanning transport, fleet and warehouse management.
About the Role
A hands on Head of Marketing role leading a team of three and owning the full marketing lifecycle. You will work closely with Sales, Product and the CEO to drive qualified pipeline, sharpen positioning and build the brand. Strategic and executional in equal measure, with AI embedded in how the team operates.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Own omni channel campaign strategy across paid digital, ABM, direct mail, OOH and outbound, aligned to pipeline targets and ICP priorities
• Manage and optimise paid media across Google, Meta, Bing and LinkedIn, from ad copy and bids through to keywords and landing pages
• Own lead reporting and live dashboards for Sales, the CEO and the Board, covering volume, quality, cost per lead, attribution and conversion to pipeline
• Translate the product roadmap into positioning, messaging frameworks and website copy, and expand SEO and AEO into new keywords, verticals and regions
• Lead and develop three direct reports, and embed AI tooling across content, design and analytics to lift the output of the team

Skills and Experience
Essential

• 5 to 8 years in B2B marketing, SaaS preferred
• Hands on paid media capability, interrogating campaigns rather than reading reports
• Strong SEO fundamentals and a track record of growing organic as a pipeline channel
• Experience building and using AI agents, and active use of AI tooling across content, design and analytics
• Experience running ABM programmes or targeted outbound campaigns
• Commercially literate across pipeline, conversion rates and CAC
• Clear communicator, as comfortable with a Board as briefing a designer

Advantageous

• Experience leading a small team in a fast moving environment
• Transport, logistics, freight or supply chain software background
• Familiarity with AEO and AI driven search optimisation
• HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation
• Direct mail, events and list management experience
• Market expansion experience across new regions or verticals
