Customer Service - Sales Counter (Industrial Hydraulics)

We currently seek an experienced Customer Service Sales Officer to join our counter sales team at our Head Office in Unanderra.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Provide quality customer service and support via email, phone and counter sales

·         Assist customers with technical product selection

·         Prepare and process sales documents and quotations 

·         Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer support

·         Provide valuable support to the external sales team 

Selection Criteria:

·         Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills

·         Prior experience in an internal sales role preferred

·         Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a timely manner

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong computer literacy and data entry skills - Microsoft Office and ERP software desirable
