Job Description

Boluda Towage is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Integrated Ratings (IR's) for its  emergency towage capability vessel. This is a Cairns-based vessel,  providing emergency towage capability and supports maintenance of aids to navigation in the Northern Great Barrier Reef area. 

This is a full time position on a 5 week on/5week off roster commencing early September 2026.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position you must hold the following:

• Integrated Rating (STCW II/5 and III/5) AMSA CoC or CoR

• AMSA Certificate of Medical Fitness

• Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) or the ability to obtain one

Confined Space/Rescue and Working at Heights/Rescue would be advantageous.

The successfull appliant will have permanent work rights within Australia.

The successful applicant will be required to satisfy a company pre-employment medical, and client inductions.
