The opportunity

As our Senior Consultant, you’ll join our Global Immigration practice, part of an international network of offices, and a worldwide team of People Advisory Services professionals.

This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne, Boorloo – Perth, Meanjin – Brisbane, Tarndanya - Adelaide, Wadawurrung - Ballarat or Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced

hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your Key Responsibilities

Execute compliance services related to visa applications, work permits, residence permits, extensions, short-term business traveller deployment, and diagnostic reviews of immigration

compliance with the Department of Home Affairs.

Provide strategic advice to help client organisations understand and navigate immigration compliance requirements. Assist clients in sponsoring overseas nationals to work in their business, and represent them in matters related to sponsorships, visa refusals, and cancellations.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Professional Background: Registered migration agent or legal practitioner with relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment, demonstrating solid knowledge of

immigration fundamentals and processes.

Work Style & Capabilities: Skilled at managing high volumes of work within tight timeframes, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively while working independently or collaboratively. Mindset & Approach: Passionate about process-driven work, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
