Warehouse Storeperson

We are seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Coordinator to oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure the safe, efficient and compliant flow of client goods through our warehouse. Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced logistics environment, values safety, and enjoys processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate daily cross‑dock operations to ensure goods are received, staged and despatched on time

• Receive inbound stock and ensure all goods are accurate & undamaged

• Complete daily and weekly checks of forklifts, reach trucks and other MHE, reporting defects immediately

• Remove damaged or unsafe equipment from service until repaired

• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and free of hazards, including clear walkways and emergency exits 

• Enforce PPE and high‑visibility clothing requirements for all workers and visitors 

• Monitor staging area volumes and bookings to support effective vehicle scheduling

• Manage stock and escalate issues where goods remain onsite beyond two business days

• Respond to client enquiries

• Report damaged or lost goods

• Assist with audits, equipment servicing and warehouse layout improvements

Skills & Experience:

• Forklift License & High- Reach License – Mandatory

• Full working rights

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel

• Physical capacity to regularly lift

• Previous experience in a warehouse – Not essential

• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process improvement

• Confident communicator

• Comfortable using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), TMS and PDAs

• Ability to work flexible hours
