In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, managing bookings, assisting guests from enquiry through to check-out, and ensuring every stay runs smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing guest enquiries via email and booking platforms

• Handling reservations, modifications, and re-bookings, with a focus on direct bookings

• Ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs

• Upselling early check-ins, late check-outs, and additional services where possible

• Responding to guest reviews and encouraging positive feedback, including personalised service

• Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest requests quickly

• Managing key handovers and ensuring accurate tracking for guests and trades

• Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the office

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in reception, reservations, or a customer-facing role (hospitality experience highly regarded)

• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail

• Confident using booking systems and handling guest enquiries

• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively across departments

• 1 weekend day required and flexibility with public holidays

• Familiarity with the Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach areas is a plus!
