Admin/Sales

About the role

We have an exciting part-time opportunity for an Admin/Sales role at Bush's Blinds' in Shepparton, VIC. As an integral member of our team, you will provide administrative and sales support to help deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

The hours will be Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm & Sat 10am-12pm

What you'll be doing

1. Providing professional and courteous customer service, both in-person and on the phone

2. Assisting with the fulfilment of customer orders, including ordering, and scheduling installations

3. Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database

4. Supporting the sales team by generating sales leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers

5. Handling cash and credit card transactions

6. Performing general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and answering emails

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the retail or home improvement industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

4. Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite

5. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth of the business
