Food and Beverage Attendant

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused team members to join us as Food and Beverage Attendants. If you’re passionate about hospitality and want to work somewhere with meaning and purpose, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service across our bistro and bar areas, including our coffeeshop

• Take orders and serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally

• Maintain clean and organised service areas

• Process transactions accurately using POS systems

• Work collaboratively with your team to create a welcoming and respectful environment

• Uphold all health, safety, and RSA/RSG compliance standards

What You’ll Bring:

• A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (essential)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced setting

• Barista experience is a plus

• RSA and RSG certifications (preferred, but can be obtained upon commencement)
