As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded and highly analytical National Promotions Manager to join our Meals & Beverages team based in North Strathfield.
About the Job Reporting to the Head of Sales Meals and Beverages, this role sits at the heart of our Sales function and plays a critical role in maintaining and reporting on approximately $100 million in trade investment across our Meals & Beverages portfolio. You'll partner closely with Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply teams to give visibility and clarity on promotional programs across major retail customers including Woolworths, Coles and Independents. What Your Days Look Like

• Managing and optimising promotional activity across Woolworths, Coles and Independent retail customers.
• Maintaining and assisting on promotional plans, funding, mechanics, volume forecasts and timing within promotional planning systems.
• Analysing promotional performance, ROI and trade spend effectiveness to provide actionable recommendations.
• Supporting annual planning cycles and promotional optimisation initiatives.
• Ensuring promotional activity is accurately reflected in demand planning systems to support supply readiness and production planning.
• Partnering with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to optimise inventory levels and service outcomes.
• Managing customer claims, trade spend governance, accruals and financial reporting.
• Working across multiple National Account Managers and key stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

The Ingredients for Success

• 3+ years' experience within FMCG, ideally across trade promotions, sales operations, customer marketing, category, revenue management or account support functions.
• Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with promotional, forecasting or demand planning systems. Experience with TELUS TPO and/or Blue Yonder is highly regarded.
• Ability to interpret data and link to business obejectives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting major grocery customers or broader FMCG retail environments.
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
