Architect

About the role

This role is ideal for an architect with around five years' experience who is looking to strengthen their design, documentation and coordination skills while gaining more exposure to clients, consultants and project leadership. You'll work closely with senior architects and project leaders, contributing to concept development, technical documentation, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design & Documentation: Produce high‑quality design work and technical documentation across commercial, mixed‑use and infrastructure projects.

• Project Coordination: Support project leaders in coordinating consultants, managing technical activities and ensuring smooth project delivery.

• Quality Control: Maintain design intent, ensure compliance with project scope, and contribute to reviews of drawings and documentation.

• Programming & Workflow: Assist with project scheduling, resource coordination and monitoring team deliverables.

• Contract Administration Support: Contribute to contract administration tasks, site coordination and resolving day‑to‑day project queries.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust with clients, consultants and project partners through clear communication and reliable delivery.
