KITCHEN HAND

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join our team at Pompei's in Bondi Beach, NSW. As a full or part -time Kitchen Hand, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy kitchen and ensuring our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with food preparation, including cleaning, chopping, and portioning ingredients

2. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

3. Washing and sanitising kitchen equipment and utensils

4. Restocking and organising supplies and ingredients

5. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food service

6. Following all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar role in the hospitality industry

2. Ability to work efficiently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment

3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

4. Good communication and teamwork skills

5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights, weekends and some public holidays
